REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 100% Free 1-Day Trial (Zero Financial Risk)

To eliminate any uncertainty before committing financially, we provide every prospective trainee with a complimentary 1-Day Trial Pass. You can inspect all free weights, cardio machines, and pin-loaded stations and consult directly with Coach Ameer without spending a single rupee. We strongly urge you to experience our gym floor prior to purchasing any membership package.

2. Gym Membership Cancellations & Cooling-Off Period

• Cooling-Off Window (Prior to First Workout): If you purchase a gym membership (Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Month, or 1-Year) and request cancellation before commencing your first workout session within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a 100% full refund (minus nominal UPI/bank payment gateway fees if applicable).
• After Activation: Because gym memberships represent an allocation of facility capacity, locker access, and coach supervision, activated memberships are non-refundable once workout sessions have commenced.

3. Medical Hold & Membership Freeze Policy

We recognize that life events happen. If you suffer an illness, surgery, physical injury, or temporary job relocation that prevents you from training, we do not want your paid membership to go to waste:

• Medical Freeze: Upon submitting a valid physician's certificate or medical report to Coach Ameer, your remaining membership duration can be frozen for up to 60 calendar days.
• Reactivation: Your membership resumes seamlessly on the date you are cleared to train, extending your renewal date accordingly at zero additional penalty.

4. 1-on-1 Personal Training Packages

Personal training fees cover dedicated one-on-one coaching hours with Coach Ameer:

• Session Rescheduling: Trainees must notify Coach Ameer at least 4 hours prior to a scheduled session if they need to reschedule. Notice allows us to adjust coach availability.
• Package Validity: Monthly personal training packages are valid for 35 days from start date to accommodate rest days and unavoidable schedule shifts.
• Early Termination: Personal training packages are generally non-refundable once initiated, but unutilized sessions may be transferred to a family member or friend upon mutual agreement with management.

5. Sports Nutrition & Supplement Returns

For authentic sports nutrition supplements (Whey Protein, Creatine, Pre-Workout, BCAAs) purchased on-site at Power House Gym:

• Eligibility: Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase provided the container is completely unopened, with safety seals and batch holograms 100% intact, accompanied by the original payment receipt.
• Non-Returnable: In accordance with health and food safety standards, opened supplement jars, broken security seals, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

6. Custom Diet & Nutrition Plans (₹800 Add-On)

Custom nutrition guidance involves individualized macro calculations, vegetarian/non-veg structuring, and coach consultation time. Once custom dietary guidance has been prepared and delivered, the one-time consulting fee of ₹800 is non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing Method & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment rail (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Net Banking, or cash if originally paid in cash):

• UPI / Bank Transfer refunds are executed within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
• You will receive an official payment screenshot or bank transaction confirmation reference upon execution.
